We are excited to announce that we now offer DocuSign as a new opportunity for you to electronically sign your loan contracts. This will allow loans to fund quicker, thus getting you or the contractor paid more quickly. It eliminates mail time and cost, and is an example of our continued efforts to create efficiencies for our employees, our vendors and our customers.
"Do it yourself" installations qualify for our rebates, but if you'd rather have a contractor install the unit, check out Hot Water Solutions' list of contractors. Make sure to verify specific manufacturer training with the individual contractor.
For do-it-yourself conversions from gas appliances to electric appliances, please check with your natural gas provider for any safety guidelines that you may be required to follow. It is always recommended that a licensed professional perform all installation work according to all local codes.
