You can schedule a preferred date to start or stop your service up to 90-days in advance. Locking in a date can reduce wait times and help avoid hassles. 

Here's how you can schedule your preferred date:

  • Use our online system
  • Visit our office at 500 E. 4th Ave. in Eugene, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Call customer service at 541-685-7000 during business hours 

Please note, if you're a commercial customer, you must schedule to start, stop or move service by coming into our office or by calling customer service. At this time, the online system is only for residential accounts.

When scheduling your start or stop date, keep in mind that your service may be turned on/off any time between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the date you select.
